The CMP-3 crimping machine is a high quality, heavy-duty machine designed to suit a wide range of profiles.

The machine is pneumatically operated by two foot pedals and can be handled by one operator. An automated clamping system holds the profile in place to ensure clean and accurate crimping. Two articulated arms allow a full support for extremely wide frames.

Each profile is matched with a set of predefined anvil and knives to avoid further adjustments. When switching between profiles, the compatible sets can be easily removed or installed accordingly.

Standard layout includes:

• Air- Line Service Unit
• Set of pneumatically operated pedals
• Articulated support arms with a protective layer to prevent painted and anodized materials from scratching
• Anvils / Knives sets according to customer's requirements
